Thanks for such an interesting link. I recently involved my dad in home care since he's getting older and I didn't want to place him in a retirement home. I felt that home care was smaller and more intimate, so he'd feel less out of place and forgotten. Even so, it's been a transition and I was worried about him being depressed. Your article really helped me.
